Deanna,

unfortunately, I am not the only one having a problem with Kaiser

regarding this. My case manager with MetLife said they are having

similar problems with Kaiser with other people's claims. Member

services is the people to help and I've already contacted them about

this. They are the ones who got me to the correct people who do the LTD

medical records requests. If I hadn't contacted them, I'd probably still

be bouncing around trying to find the right people. My case manager with

Metlife has been very helpful and willing to do what she can to help me

get these records to her. I have to call her on Monday to let her know

that the records are on their way and for her to call me when she gets

them, or to call me if she hasn't gotten them within 2 weeks (enough

time for them to go through the mail). Yeah, days like Friday definitely

make you want to quit, but I know I can't. I really need that LTD

insurance as my state disability ends in January and I still haven't

gotten a date for my hearing with Social Security. They said it can take

up to 5 months to get a hearing date. and of course, they have me

filling out more forms.
