I agree too that it cannot always be done alone in the sense that supplements,

treatments

or training may also help. I just think it can't be done with the addition of

green coconut

water, occasional grain and sugar treats or by eliminating a significant number

of foods

allowed.

If I have come on too strong repeatedly, please forgive me. I know we have many

young

and overburdemned parents here with a lot on their plates. Elaine always said

not

everyone could just sit like me at my computer in the kitchen and make

proclamations.

What if I suddenly found SCD alone was not enough for me? Would I change my

tune?

Probably. I am lucky to have navigated with it for six years around MCS

(Multiple Chemical

Sensivities) and LA (Latex Allergy) .

Dear Carol and to all,

If we where to stop having the kind of success that we have already had with

doing just SCD, we would no doubt be forced into looking into alternatives. We

are fortunate. When I write to the serve I too need to realize this.

Especially in light of our already going into such medical debt prior to trying

this and now thanks to 2nd mortgage can not afford our home. We truly are

living pay check to pay check and have debt we can not pay.

This medical catastrophe that happened to our family, three years prior to SCD,

motivates us to try our best at this shot at getting well.

Carol, we thank you for your " Mama Bear " defense mod of SCD.....you where a BIG

PART OF SAVING MY Life, the life of my daughter and brought better health to my

husband, son and adopted daughter. We truly have never been healthier, even

though we have a ways to go.
