My son had a doc appt today and since there was some talk about not

being

able to use the probable compressor with tobi or polmizime i thought i

would ask them why you can not do that, and they told me as long as it

is

not an ultra sonic one you can. Ours is a peri neb portable compressor

and

so there for we can use it for the tobi and the polmozime it is only the

ultra sonic ones that you can not do your tobi on

So then the Ultra Sonic heats the meds? our Respatory Therapist didn't say

that she just said that the ultra sonic breaks down the dropletts and that

is why you can not use that one for tobi or polmozime i guess if you got

the one that didn't have a line like ours does it could heat it up never

really thought about that so I guess our supply company did a good thing

getting us this on (you can see it

same thing . It doesn't heat like the toaster, just the ultra strength.

Anyway, it breaks it down so you don't get the value of the meds. Same

with pulmozyme. But you have a good one there .

We were told that the ultrasonic nebulizers don't create a fine

enough mist.
