Guest guest
Guys, this three month die off is turning into something horrible. How did Elaine know this would happen????? My first one after intro....was just horrible. Rewards after words GREAT...but this is not helping me now. I thought yesterday I would have escaped with out much problem. Today I feel just miserable. Kiki is better...I am not....the other family members going threw this again....not fun! To the best of my knowledge we have made no infractions. Does anybody have some advice, encouragement, and support. I am doing the Epson salts baths again....and activated charcoal...should I increase the probiotics...or cut back. Do I go back to INTRO...nausea and diarrhea is back. I feel so sick! My husband has taken over..yeah...lol! I should get sick and " fake " it more often. Carol, I now know what you mean by having a " set back! " ....and if I hang around I am a TRUE BELIEVER!.....this " memory lane " is not fun! Thank GOD the rewards of our first die off where GRAND! This keeps me hanging on to my own HOPE and the testimonies of others! HELP! Antoinette (2/06 CELIAC) Entire family SCD and healing when no other way worked. Can't wait for that ;-) Last night was HORRIBLE........but I lived! YEAH It was a " nice " but pitiful reminder to how sick I arrived to eating SCd. I now have much gratitude this morning. It is easy to sometimes forget bad things. Especially when they hurt. My first die off (when we started) was just as bad....maybe worse. I look forward to having a " human " gut and not one full of " bad guys " lol! So I put up with it. I know it works, I am getting my dear daughter back. She is truly a different child. Now I can be truly a different mother. lol! We all are happier. Antoinette (2/06 celiac)
