Guest guest
Good Luck on your quest for a vest. This pdf file has pictures of the positions on it. I read somewhere that all positions should be done about the same length, 3-5 minutes for each position. Another site said 3-15 minutes. Your doctor probably has information too. http://www.chclibrary.org/patient_ed/pdf/rc/pe-rc-041-227.pdf
Guest guest
When wearing the vest you don't have to be in same positions as when you are doing the clapping method. It does it for you . LET the Rt who teaches or explains it to you ----that will be the best way to get all the treatment s working well. Good luck. You will love it. I do have a sheet that was done years ago , if you are going to do the slant board, clapping method. Send me your address & I will mail it Monday .
