There are two of us on this board that I know of, Arcuri-Ware with son

and my daughter Leila. has the SZ phenotype and Leila has the ZZ

phenotype. We met with Dr.Spencer when Leila was a couple months old and he

wanted to follow us yearly. It's probably about time for me to contact him

again. is already seen by Dr.Flotte (I think) in that clinic. I really

like the clinic there in Gainesville, but it's a 1hr. & 35 minute drive for me.

I've been very pleased with my clinic here in ville that's a 30 minute

drive. Is Dr.Spencer your primary? He is really nice.

Does anyone know who it is in the group that has a child with A1AD

and CF? Dr. Spencer is also involved in a clinical trial or some

type of serious study about it and mentioned it when we were down

there. I told him that I was sure someone on our list had a child

with both that and CF. He was very interested and asked if the

family was local but I obviously didn't know. I just caught a

conversation between some of you and remembered the A1AD being

mentioned.
