Hi Cindy;

Thanks for the tip. Next time I will try them stovetop and see how they turn

out. It's been such a long time since my kids have had fries that I'm hoping

they'll gobble them even if they're soggy.

Hope you're feeling better and having an O.k time with starting the diet over

again!

Although we wouldn't want children to have a steady diet of deep fried

foods, the squash chips are really best in a deep fryer (or a saucepan

with a lot of oil like sunflower oil) Jody got a real bargain one I

think. Fry daddy?

I've tried them baked, stove top and deep fried and most kids would

just love the latter method because they taste even better than potato

chips IMO.

I do understand some people may not want to deep fry.
