Guest guest
I had the same problem when I printed off Dr. R's paper that he presented to the ASBS. I gave it to my PCP. By the way everybody, I got my letter in the mail today from my PCP and it was really good I thought. I am REALLY worried about the patient letter though after reading the new manual. How in the world am I supposed to come up with 11 pages?! I just don't know how I'll do it....I wish he hadn't changed this..I think it is to much. Anyway...I will start working on it anyway. Typed double spaced right? Holly Markwell pre-op BMI
Guest guest
When I looked at the new manual on the screen and printed it, it is missing all the charts. The boxes are there but nothing is in them. Has anyone else had this problem? in Charlotte
Guest guest
I just printed a new manual myself and it has the charts. I know my little printer is exhausted now. new manual problem > When I looked at the new manual on the screen and printed it, it is > missing all the charts.
