Guest guest
Hiya Kim, I was just wondering if or anyone else on the list supplements with magnesium whilst taking Azithromycin. is on Azithromycin and it states that it can't be taken with antacids containing aluminium or magnesium. Does that also mean magnesium supplements? Also has anyone on the list had complaints from their child re aches that are unexplainable. has been complaining for about a month of her lower forearm (between the wrist and elbow on the right only) aching to a point where she cries. It mostly seems to happen at night and only on one arm. I have been treating it with heat packs and panadol. She hasn't hurt it as far as we know and I suspect it is not salt depletion as she does not have any other symptoms like headaches, dark circles, paleness etc. I was wondering if it might be a side effect of some medication but why only one arm? Any advice would be helpful. Cheers Cath (Mum of 7yowcf)
Guest guest
Could she be sleeping on it & cutting proper circulation. I have done that & that is what doc said it was ...stress to the muscles, etc.. I have really changed sleeping habits & it has helped allot. Everything isn't caused by CF , but it can sure be a part of everything too. I hope it can get better , maybe the alternative med just might help .they do many of us. Many are just replacing natural things we need anyway that get depleted or lessened. wishing healing & improvement to ( & all) LOVE & HUGS< GrandmomBEV RE Magnesium Hiya Kim, I was just wondering if or anyone else on the list supplements with magnesium whilst taking Azithromycin. is on Azithromycin and it states that it can't be taken with antacids containing aluminium or magnesium. Guest guest
Cody does the same thing about his legs--primarily his left leg. It seems to be mostly focused around his knee area and shin. I often wonder about it, but they did muscle enzyme tests and some other blood tests, which all came back normal, so they don't know what it is. X-rays were fine, too. And this has been going on for about 10-12 months now. Have NO idea what is causing it--but yes, it often makes him cry. VERY frustrating! Guest guest
Hi, exactly the same here for many years already. Fiona wakes up in the middle of the night crying and complaining about pain in her knees and shins, mostly the left one. Fortunately is has become a lot better this year. In the past it happened at least once a week, now we are down to once or twice a month. But of course we would like to have an explanation. Peace Torsten, dad of Fiona 6wcf and Sebastian newborn wocf e-mail: torstenkrafft@... Re: RE Magnesium > Cody does the same thing about his legs--primarily his left leg.
