Guest guest
I brought my twins to an opthamologist at 8 months old, due to plagio/ torticollis. The one with more severe plagio has a lot of asymmetry (part gestational, part positional). He has eye asymmetry and the opthamologist says it may not improve. Both boys have been banded since 8 months old and just got their 2nd DOC Band at 12 months. It's funny, sometimes it seems a great difference between the eyes and other times it doesn't. Also, he was flat on the left and that eye is larger, just like your DD. Was she banded? She is now 22 months old. Also, has anyone gone to an eye doctor to check on vision. I am going in to the pediatrician tomorrow and going to ask if we should see an eye doctor or pediatric plastic surgeon (who he refers to for plagio). And its her right eye that is smaller but has a flat spot on the left and back. Thanks...I just wanted to see if anyone had any insight. > > _________________________________________________________________ > Get Free (PRODUCT) RED™ Emoticons, Winks and Display Pics. > http://joinred.spaces.live.com?ocid=TXT_HMTG_prodredemoticons_052008 >
