The house we thought was sold isn't but there's another offer on it. Gee it's like a darn auction! i didn't think that there could be that many offers on the table at once. I'm soo confused. Oh and the ex called today. I'm so proud of myself, I didn't even listen to his message, just deleted him. I wanted to jump in and offer any advise I can give you on your new home situation. I have been in the real estate biz for 8 years, and while I don't know all the answers, (I don't even know where you live), I would like to tell you the "offer" is open on the table for anything I can do.
