Thank you Everyone who responded so quickly to my post!

It really does help to have such quick, informative response when I

am feeling so down. I went through so many years of trying to find

out what was wrong, and so many years of doctors, tests and me

feeling like I needed to " prove " I had something wrong with me. To

be back at this place after 6 mos of thinking it was over, it just

so hard take. Don't get me wrong, I am so thankful for the 6 mos. I

had without pain, but somehow it makes it harder, because now I

remember what a " normal " life was like.....and I want it back again!

OK...enough with my ranting today!!!LOL

Thank you all for all the information and web sites you suggested. I

will start doing some more research. I am now more concerned about

the Lupus connection, though. I did some brief research yesterday on

that I do have several of the other symptoms. Those of you with

Lupus, could you tell me more about it? What kind of testing did you

have to get diagnosed? what kind of symptoms do/ did you have?

As far as testing.....I have had several CT scans, MRIs, MRCPs over

the years and none have ever shown anything wrong with my pancreas.

I also had a Endoscopic Ultrasound about a year ago and it also

looked good. So my docs don't have much to go on with the CP. I just

feel like ......I have had pancreatitis so many times......how can I

feel like I have pancreatitis if everything looks ok? I don't have

much " proof " except how I feel. I have not had the triglycride test

yet. I guess I will ask for that. Is it just a blood test? Are there

other tests that show CP?

You guys are all great! Thank you so much for your help. I feel

better already!

Oh.....someone else asked about where I live so maybe someone could

suggest a doctor.

I live in Royal Oak, Michigan.....about 1/2 hour from Detroit. Any

suggestions would be grat.
