Guest guest
Cheri, Thanks for this post on your daughter's sweating. My two sons have both started sweating in their sleep, too. I hadn't made the connection between the diet and the sweating. I hope you and Patti are correct about the detoxing... Janice mom to Billy and Colby SCD since March > > Sounds like the sweating could definitely be her body's way of detoxing. As far as the other symptoms, do you mean these have newly appeared since starting the diet? If so, I'd say yes, it's probably die-off related. She's been on the diet less than a week.... BIG changes are going on down in the gut. This affects her entire system. Be sure she drinks plenty of (legal) fluids. > > Patti, mom to Katera > > Side-effects of diet > > > My family started this diet last Sunday for my autistic daughter. Guest guest
We also had nigh sweats and low grade fever during die off. Die off can also cause: strange rashes, body odors, achy joints and back, dizziness, nausea, cramping and head aches. It is not fun. Guest guest
So refreshing to hear that others are experiencing this too. SHe's also complained of an achy knee. I've also had some of these symptoms. Funny the Dr's office never told us of any of these things. :-) Thanks > > We also had nigh sweats and low grade fever during die off.
