Does Brachycephaly cause childs cheeks to fill out?

We are going to CT first of Feb to have my daughter looked at for a

helmet for brachycephaly. She's always had full cheeks (jaws) but

lately they seem to have filled out more than normal and she is 15

months old....an age where they start losing that baby fat around the

cheeks. She is only 23 lbs. She's has a very small build. Her face

almost seems swollen like? Does that sound familiar to anyone? If so,

does it go away after they start band treatment?
