Guest guest
My son got his band Dec. 24th and I just got brave enough to try to decorate it. I just used scapbooking stickers for a start. They have been on for about a week and are actually holding up much better than I expected. I have seen all kinds of neat things done to the bands. Does anyone have any pics or tips to share? I am unsure of painting the whole band b/c of chipping. I have read that some people cover it with Modge Podge, does it come off? I would love any suggestions or tips anyone has. Guest guest
I used clear back scrapbooking stickers and topped it with a no chip clear top coat polish. They have stayed on very well. I had to replace only 2 of them. The initial smell of the top coat does go away after a while. If the nail polish did n't work I was going to use modge podge, but did not have to.Nina Dina 9 1/2 mos, starband since 11/14/08 Plagiocephaly CC: From: melrook@...Date: Fri, 23 Jan 2009 08:50:02 -0600Subject: decorating band My son got his band Dec. 24th and I just got brave enough to try to decorate it.
