I am 38, have been partnered for 9+ years and live in Seattle. I am fortunate to be able to see Dr. Buckner as my Rheumatologist. She is the one who has provided so much support to our foundation. I am currently on 50 mgs. of Prednisone, 1.2 mg. of Colchicine, 15 mgs weekly of Methotrexate, and on a non steroidal anti inflammatory, Indo....something. I am in the grips of an ongoing flare that hasn't let up since the beginning of December, for more than a day or two at a time. Although it has been frustrating, this group has been a tremendous support. I hope that it will feel that way for you, also! Take care and I look forward to hearing from you!
