Thanks Robin, I was using my edit to copy and paste and it just wouldn't perform for me. I did what you said and used cut and it worked great. Thank you so very much. Guest guest
Shirley...briefly I would say by using the cut and paste options you should be able to accomplish basic changes. You do this by using the left mouse button, highlighting the area you wish to cut/move, and the right mouse button to select cut or copy, and then move the cursor to the area you wish to paste the area to (click of the left mouse button) and right click and paste. You can also use the Edit command at the top of the document (see attachment). Hope this helps. Robin R. robin.cox@... Need Computer Help I have documents that need some changes and updates. Can anyone tell me how to change/move information in a document rather than type up a whole new document? Thank You, Shirley
Guest guest
You could also import that document into another or print and scan the document back into the another. The first cut and paste method, or import method would be the less time consuming methods. :-) Sandy/California , Robin wrote: >Shirley...briefly I would say by using the cut and paste options you should >be able to accomplish basic changes.
