Would like to know if all my e-mail is being received.

Hi Gang

I am new to the group and have enjoyed reading so most of your'll e-mail notes.

there was something that Laurie " dmareally agree with. It

was concering knowing weather lont " had in her e-mail caught my eye. That is

weather all the mail being sent to Dr. " R " in being received; As I said

I am new and I have sent in my patient information and my information for an

appointment; but I feel that all of my data did not

go through. My computer give me a message saying that there was an error in my

transmittal. So I hated to send another message to Dr. " R " , but I did, to see

if he received my e-mail information or not. When he have enough to do replying

to new patients with there insurance letters, etc. Well anyway I hope he

received my e-mail, so I can get that letter to my insurance company, and get me

an appointment with Dr " R " . My name is Betty(b7449y@...), I am in

Browns Summit, North Carolina, and really want to have this surgery. I weigh

320lbs and is 5ft. 8in and feel bad, I have diabetes, highblood pressure,

reflux,etc. This is the largest I have been in my life.

e-mail so I can get that letter to my insurance company. Then maybe I will get

an appointment.
