Those in FL .(public schooled)

Go back in August . some start this week & others start next week.

That is a great idea, but I think that JULY is the safest ---unless trey are

home schooled:):):)

School Times....

Hi All

I was wondering when most kiddos go back to school? Is it the first or

second

week of August or is it Sept? Please let me know. I am trying to find a nice

camp for next summer but need to know if August will work or if we'll have

to

do it in July.

ps. We really would love more CFKids and PCD/KS groupies to come and parents

of young ones are welcome...WE NEED CPTers and Chaperones ! ! ! ! ! ! !

Let me know. I have a ton of ideas for next year for those kids 8 and over.

Teens and adults too. Our doc is already making plans for next year ! ! !

Becki,

Local schools her start back August 11th.

Maybe you could plan for first week of August??

Sure would be easier for me if it was in August. As long as I stay in the

Eastern Star they will be having installations in mid-July and I will have to

miss camp if its the same weekend.

I really do hope I can attend the next one!!! I really hated missing out on

all the fun this year!!

Love ya!

Becki,

Colorado goes back early. Mid-August.

I don't think there is a state which goes back earlier than that,

unless they are doing full-year school.

They're starting school here the 19th of August. Schools here in Texas were

pushing for earlier and earlier start date. The legislature finally stepped in

and passed a resolution saying they couldn't start any earlier than that due to

the cost of keeping the buildings cool. I can't believe they expect a child to

be able to think adequetly in old buildings that don't cool right when it's

104-107 outside. The new gym that they built for the kindergarden/first grad

campus here dosen't even have air conditioning! I don't care that they leave

the huge bay doors open and they run those huge turbine fans...It's too dang

hot!!!

OK off my soap box now.
