Guest guest
I don't think you have to start over. I'm waiting for a reply from Carol about other issues with Canola oil. I'm not sure Elaine had any objection other than the GMO issue. I think Spectrum states that they do NOT use GMO Canola.... you might check the label. Patti canola oil? do i need to start over?? She said there is no way to estimate how genetically modified foods affect the body and she would rather be cautious. Carol F. Guest guest
Yes.... I know. I understand about her objection to GM canola. BUT, if one could find canola that was GMO free.... would that then be okay? Patti Re: canola oil? do i need to start over?? Elaine did not mention that the Canola Oil was unstable. Guest guest
Oh, geeeeeze.... that's enough to make me avoid it forever. Thanks for sending that, . I always knew about Elaine's objections based on the genetically modified issue... but it's good to know that there are OTHER concerns. Whether Elaine knew about these or not, her instincts (as usual) were right on. Patti Re: canola oil? do i need to start over??
