We finally got electricity!!!

Hello everybody,

Friday afternoon half of our street got electricity, including us,

yeapy!!! I have had the biggest smile. I got on cnn.com and I could

not believe that Memphis and vicinity was not even mentioned

anywhere. On July 29 the city of Memphis was declared disaster area

and cleared the way for federal funds, 4500 houses were damaged some

were a total loss. Luckily, our house was not damaged but our trees

got it pretty good. The news say the winds were unoffiacialy clocked

at a 100 mph going west to east, they also said that had the winds

blown any other direction it would have been worst.

Well best wishes to all of you and thankgoodnes for electricity!!
