Sue, If you mean me, Liz, I take 500mg 3 times per

day. I find I now need a little something extra, tho!

Thanks Liz, I'll try three times a day instead of two. No one told me how

much I could take if the levels went up. I was concerned I may overdose if I

took more. That was very helpful, thank you...Sue M
