perfect poop? (sorry to be gross)

What SHOULD my son's bm look like? His last one was solid, but grainy. It

required

several wipes, and was smelly. Does this mean it has undigested food in it? Or

possible yeast?

The 2 previous bms were small compact, no smell with a clean wipe.

Sorry to be so graphic. I'm just trying the " read " to signs. He did have a small

infraction yesterday (maple syrup in nut butter. I thought I had purchased legal

nut

buuter, and just pulled it out of the cabinet without double checking

ingredients.) He

only had a little bit, when I picked up the jar and noticed I had goofed.
