Oatmeal soaks

That is a great idea about the oat meal in an old sock, I love those

soaks but even the store brands can stick to the tub. you can

pick up a sitz bath at any drugstore for $10-15 or so. I would love

to be able to soak in a hot tub 3-4 times a day but cant. 's

son can and probabaly has a blast!!! The sitz bath fits over the

commode with a hot water bag hung above and is like a mini whirlpool

for you backside. Used a lot after childbirths.

I'll tell you my story when I am not so frequently interrupted.
