Guest guest
: I'm really sorry to hear about all of this. I wasn't aware that you had returned to work at all. I absolutely agree about the sun being out, I know I have some form of seasonal affective disorder, I feel much more like a human being when the sun is out. Hope you're feeling better soon. > HI , I'm glad to see your back with us. I was worried about > you. I'm sorry your surgery did not go as you and the doc had > planned. Guest guest
The pain is the same but atleast the nausea is totally gone. I didn't go to 10w this time, I think I was on 6. I've spent way to much time on 10w. They wanted to send me home the first time with the tube also and I refused it so the put me on the TPN thru the pic line. I think I have spent 3 or 4 months on 10w and 6w.... As for the weather, I think it's been raining for six straight days here also. Wish you luck and hope it over with soon for you. > HI , I'm glad to see your back with us. I was worried about > you. I'm sorry your surgery did not go as you and the doc had > planned. Guest guest
I was up there on 10W for 8 days, the first week of February. They took wonderful care of me. I was very sick and dont remember much. Someone told me I was in acute panc; Lord knows they poked everything that could be poked. I'm glad you never had a g-j tube it is really gross, and terribly painful. I suppose its doing its job, maybe all the vits and minerals will make me look 10 years younger!!! Thats good the nausea is better. I was telling Hiedi a few weeks ago that it seems we are always making a concession, one thing for another. What was the desired out come that you and had planned? What does he say about your prognosis? Are you taking in food better now by mouth.? I certainly do hope so , your a good man and deserve it. Are you a diabetic , I dont remember. Your are not very long post-op so dont do too much. That was always a problem I have, not resting long enough, trying to do too much. Oh by the way, what did you think of my nursing skill????LOL I hope that you continue to improve and get stronger. I didn't wannt a picc line eithe. > > HI , I'm glad to see your back with us. Guest guest
Well the nausea came back yesterday so I guess it didn't work at all. I can't remember what the desired outcome was suppose to be and never gives you to much info. As for food, I eat whatever I please, most of my taste has come back now. I'm not Diabetic took maybe 5-6 shots the first week I came home in 2002, nothing since. That another thing that has him baffled. My lipase were never elevated before or after the pancreatitis or before or after all the surgeries. The same for the sugar, I think he was certain I was going to end up with sugar. 10w, where is the ccu, I spent 2 months there!!!! > > > HI , I'm glad to see your back with us.
