Guest guest
Hi Sue- I never was told to pick a goal weight, until one day I was at one of my pre-op appointments with a nurse discussing the anthesia questionaire and stuff and she asked me my goal weight, i was like what ? no one told me I had a goal weight, so she just asked me to pick one, i said 145, she looked in a chart and said it was reasonable..................... My surgeon however when i saw him at 9 months said, whatever weight i was at at the one year mark, would probabally be what my body decided it wanted to be............he then said it was my choice to maintain that with diet and exercise............but after the one year mark i still lost but i think i am done and stabalized now.................. Colleencalsnoozie wrote: Hi ,I haven't discussed my end goal weight yet. I assume this takes during the surgery consult (I should have this in approx 4-5 weeks). If they go by just BMI readings, I would need to get down to the 140's to be in the "healthy range". I can't even visualize this. The lightest I can remember being in 180.Take care,Sue from Vacaville> > > > > Hi ,> > > > > > Sorry it took me a few days to respond to your> > > questions...
