The " fine almond flour " that is leftover after making nut milk

should be thrown away. It has little nutritive value and it mostly

concentrated cellulose. This will feed the bad bugs you are trying

to starve. To reduce wastage I give the nut residual a second go

around with boiling water to make a thinner nut milk.

Elaine suggested starting with small amounts of homemade nut milk -

and she said to dilute it when starting since it is concentrated.

Actually, all the good stuff is in the nut milk , that is why you

have to dilute (like you do juices) at the beginning of the diet

when the body is still healing.

is 50/50 enough or should it be more - have to say i think it tastes

better diluted

It should be at least 50/50 but if it is not tolerated then dilute it

with water further. If you prefer the " taste " of a higher water ratio

than that is okay to use.
