You sound awful! Whew! This exhaustion, we had it though not to the

same degree. It is the worst feeling--like having the flu, PMS, and

depression all at the same time. It really is a mind battle

inflicted by your body. This will pass. And you will feel so much

better.

Have you checked out www.healingcrow.com? Just another site

dedicated, though not as thoroughly, to the SCD diet-- but the group

is primarily adults with Crohns, UC etc..

Just another option--the moderator is totally an Elaine fan.

hi lorraine,

thanks for your reply as well as your suggestion about healingcrow. i just

signed up for

that group.

i am not feeling weak today and actually went on my first walk in a long time.

yay! it felt

great to get out and moving.
