Guest guest
, You sound awful! Whew! This exhaustion, we had it though not to the same degree. It is the worst feeling--like having the flu, PMS, and depression all at the same time. It really is a mind battle inflicted by your body. This will pass. And you will feel so much better. Have you checked out www.healingcrow.com? Just another site dedicated, though not as thoroughly, to the SCD diet-- but the group is primarily adults with Crohns, UC etc.. Just another option--the moderator is totally an Elaine fan.
