I had a compressed disc and the spinal traction worked for me. It was

not painful and took about six visits to a chiropracter and it never

returned.

It sounds as if you are eating a variety of foods (which is good). I

haven't heard of this type of pain problem with someone doing the diet

before. Please let us know what happens after your doctor visit.

Hi, Angie.

How are you feeling? Did you get in to see a doctor?

I have been thinking about you and hoping that you are getting relief.

The low-grade fever indicates something is going on. Hopefully your doctor,

whoi sounds very understanding, can figure it out.

I personally think that the high doses of magnesium and the activated charcoal

every two hours or so might be causing you some trouble. Again, I am not a

doctor.

The charcoal can cause constipation, even with the high doses of magnesium.

Have you had a bowel movement since your last post?

Anyway.....I hope you are feeling better.
