Forgetting to take enzymes

This may be a really stupid question, but I am still such a " newbie "

to all of this... I forgot to take my Pancrease after lunch today,

and now I am having horrible pain again. Can forgetting to take your

enzymes cause this? What do I do now? Thanks!

Unfortunately every time I do I have pain too. I always take them

as soon as I remember and do clear liquids until the pain goes away.
