I dont mind Nurse Ratchett at all as long as I am not working with

her...lol I would love to meet all of ya'll. When I have all the

details I will let you know. My appt is the 3rd. I dont know what

time about the flight because I am, hoping, with Angel flight. I

have not heard back form the.

I have not been feeling at all well lately and am not a very

pleasant companion. I would love to meet for a low fat dinner. I

can still eat just not a lot and have to be careful or close to home

if you get my drift. I will take a few cans but not too many and

certainly not the pump. I will have to hang the old fashioned way

and count my drips. When was the last time you did that; long time

huh. Like taking a blood pressure manually; I dont think I have

heard a Kortikoff sound in a decade. Well you know what they say

about old nurses, they never die they just stick around.

You'll have to keep me abreast of the weather for sure. I am a

true blue southern belle who doesn't know snow from shinola. What

the heck is shinola anyway....

Thanks Again and what is cincy famous for; I'll have to bring the

kids back something,.

Well if your dad is feeling that frisky he must be feeling better, I

do hope so. I kind of like the cantankerous dirtly old men;

especially when they are some body elses patient....lol

Hi Lily,

I was interested to see that you had been nursing since 1975. Which area of

nursing do you work in?

I've been a qualified nurse since 1981. Currently i work with sick children,

including some who have Cystic Fibrosis, so i've been reading the posts about CP

and CF.
