Guest guest
My doctor told me to do crunches. Lie on the floor with your knees bent. Make sure the small of the back is in contact with the floor. Reach forward with your arms, raising your head and shoulders of the ground. Touch your knees. Lower shoulders and head to ground. Repeat five times. Then roll onto your stomach. Place your hands on the floor, then push up so that your chest leaves the floor. Your stomach remains in contact with the floor, Lower Repeat five times Then, still lying on the floor, with your head on one side, or resting on your folded arms, raise and lower your left leg five times, then your right. Do the exercises slowly. When you feel comfortablle doing them, you can increase the number of reps. , they probably gave you this sort of exercise after surgery, didn't they? It shouldn't hurt you. But they will strengthen your back and stomach muscles, and this can help with pain considerably in my experience. Good luck, love Liz __________________________________________________
Guest guest
Liz, I can't do crunches, it puts too much strain on my neck. The others sound good, and I will try them. Thanks!
