If you divide a whole recipe into eight, one serving has 159 calories :

Fat 8 grams

Carbs, 1 gram,

Protein 1 gram

I wish I could stop at one piece. I also make only 1/3 at a time as I

have been known to demolish and entire cheesecake over a two day

period.

I'm so glad you wrote this!!! I thought it was me. I keep sneaking back into the

kitchen for just a tiny bit more. I love the taste it leaves in your mouth after

eating it. It's so pleasant and wonderful, but it makes me want more and more.

It definitely is addictive!!! I can't believe I waited this long to make it. I

think it was because I was leery of the " farmer's cheese. " I made the pear sauce

too this morning and that was yummy, but naturally a little voice inside of me

is waiting for reaction. LOL

Ronnie,

If you like this " (and are a " texture " eater) when you are further

along you will want to try:

http://uclbs.org/recipes/desserts/sue14datecake.php

I suggest you lock this one up and have an escort around when you slice

off ONE piece at a time!
