Hi

's son is still in his first band. CT does charge for 2nd bands.

They say about 15% of kids require a 2nd band (and something like 1 or

2% require a 3rd). I believe the cost they quote you covers all

adjustments. Someone mentioned recently that you have to pay $75 if

you want a cast of the baby's head when you're done (now that they are

moving to the scanner and digital processing they don't pour the cast

for you unless you want it because they have all the information

stored digitally).
