Guest guest
Hmmm. I put dividers with labelled tabs between the various sections and stapled the whole thing in the top left corner. I imagine anything that helps present it in an organized fashion is acceptable. I know this may sound foolish to a lot of you but I have been through hell the past 3 months trying to get approval, money, and all my paperwork in order, I have had to chase down medical records from the military, etc. and I don't want to have come this far and then blow it w > > Thanx, > Seeking the Other Side, > Gwen
Guest guest
--- Gwen, When I was at clinic Debbie said not to put your packet in a binder of any kind and do not use dividers. She said use post it notes to divide it. She has to take the packets apart. They should have a paragraph in the manual as to the preferred way to put it together. Good Luck. Guest guest
Hi gwen, I just sent my packet in a couple of weeks ago, I paper clipped everything into different sections and put post it notes on the front of each one, telling what was in that section, then put the whole thing in a file folder and sent it in. It was approved, I go Aug 30 Hope this helps! Marjory > OK Ladies and Gents > I have completed my packet and putting it together today for FedEx tomorrow.
