Omega3s- We supplement with a kids DHA pill to help with Omega 3s. Cook

with all good oils also, however, he does love happy meals and anytime I can

get him (he has become very picky lately) to eat a 500+calorie meal, Im all

for it. He probably has two a week.

Germs - we use'Fantastik' to clean bathrooms and kitchens as its the only

store bought all purpose cleaner that specfically lists Psuedo A as one the

bugs it kills. Bleach works great, just hard to deal with. I try and clean

the shower/tub once a week, especially the drain. He has bath toys, but I

like to stick to simple plastic things like buckets or cups that dont suck

up water, no sponge like material.

We use alot of purell, a alcohol based hand sanitizer. I would recommend

this to everyone as its portable, easy, and kills bugs. As far as

resistance, he is a boy and he plays at playgrounds, is going to moms day

out soon, has lots of friends, etc. I think he gets exposed to plenty of

bugs.

Sincerely,

Pete dad to 2 boys, 3 wcf, 1 nocf
