Guest guest
I'm sorry, I have been painting the kitchen, and the computer was out of commission... I found on the group site, " Pecanbread " under files, all sorts of great little tidbits of information, including directions on a lesson to teach your children about it. If you go to the yahoo group website, you can access the files, and look through. I'm the type that jumps head first into something, and then thinks later, I should have tried it differently. There are great ideas on there. I also have read some of the FAQ's on the Pecanbread website proper. There are good things there too. www.pecanbread.com I think. - (soon to start) Re: thanks and a couple of questions , I'm still learning and exploring the book and website, so have not even introduced myself to the list yet. Can you write in again to give me a URL to see the section you refer to in your first paragraph, where you saw info on talking to a kid about gut issues and why the diet? I'd really appreciate it.
