Another supplement question

Hi all, two supplements my doctor wants me to take are gel caps. The capsule

itself is made of beef gelatin. All the other inactive ingredients are on the

legal list, but I was just wondering if the beef gelatin capsule is SCD legal?

Gelatin is legal on SCD. We use gelatin on the intro diet, so these capsules are

fine.

We'd be more wary about what's INSIDE the capsules.
