Morning all,

Just thought I'd write and tell you something that might be of

interest. Before I was diagnosed with CP my doctor kept telling me

cervix (sp) looked mean while doing an exam. This was for a few years

it looked this way and I was having bad menstrual pain too. Well, I

went on the depo shot and the menstrual cycles stopped but my cervix

still looked " angry " and they wanted to go in and do a scrape job on

it. Well, my cp attacks took precedence over that and while I was being

diagnosed and having surgeries my cervix went without medical treatment.

To make a long story longer (Tee Hee) as soon as all my surgeries were

done and I started to feel better with my CP, wouldn't you know that my

cervix was better and didn't look " angry " anymore. No scrape job was

needed anymore. My doctor believes there is a correlation between the

two. I have stayed on the depo shot and am glad I did. It's hard to

have period pain AND cp pain too!
