How about some hints on where to find them?? >> Hey everybody, I have not been morbidly obese very long (two years), so I may be speaking from a different vantage point. My self esteem has always been HELLA high. My daddy instilled it in me from the time I was a very small child. So, the young lady whose daddy said " no one will ever love you fat " , did her a major disservice. I have always loved me, so I projected that to others. No one ever treated me poorly even at my highest of 272 because I have a ZERO tolerance for BULLISHT. I know this will sound cliche'ish...but it's so true. We have to love ourselves before anyone one else will. Otherwise you will be preyed on by those who get power from exploiting the weaknesses of others. Once you decide that you are only worthy of the best, miraculously you will attract only those who are capable of loving you. I was the BOMB when I met my hubby. I gained over a hundred since we met. Now, I won't say he is particularly attracted to morbidly obese women. But, his love for me was always apparent. He is pleased with my current weight loss, but he never treated me any differently. He's just happy that I like doing things again. ( I had become self conscious and reclusive). So, YES someone can/will love a fat person, but only if you can truly love yourself. And, tell anyone (starting with your dad) who tells you that you are unlovable to KISS YOUR @$$(rhymes with class). And $#@%^ (rhymes with duck) any one who can't see your true inner beauty. So, do anything, go to counseling, do self help...to regain your self worth. The men are out there...all over. YOU ARE THE PRIZE...believe it. The men will start to fall from the sky and you can sing " It's raining men...hallelujah, it's raining men.
