Are Lee Silby supplements legal?

I'm looking at a label here that states it is SCD legal, as well as

gfcf, but it is sweetened with Stevia, which, I see, is classified as

illegal. Anyone have info?

Is this the compounding pharmacy? If yes, can it be compounded

without stevia.
