Guest guest
My dear Donna, I'm so sorry i haven't been able to be here. I know all too well what you're going through. All of it. I've had to change my meds to ones that I can afford or get paid for. I don't have ANY insurance, no medicaid. Just disability, medicare, & a few food stamps. I want to share some sites with you. Please take the time to visit them, you may find one that will pay for your meds. http://www.needymeds.com http://www.helpingpatients.org http://www.rxassist.org http://www.www.the medicineprogram.com http://www.rxhope.com http://www.canadapharmacy.com http://www.canadarx.com http://www.lepharmcay.com I also have some of the 1-800 numbers, so please let me know if you need any of them. I have been with the same doc for 4 years & he KNOWS I don't abuse my meds, yet after I got out of the hospital last month, he treated me like a 2nd class citizen, or more appropriately, a drug seeker. I see him today & will respectfully discuss it with him. I absolutely refuse to be treated this way. I am NOT a druggie, & I'm so sick of being looked at like one. I don't know if you're religious, but my faith & scripture helps me with my depression. And I know depression. Two suicide attempts & the thoughts are never too far away. (It's taken at least 2 years to be able to say that out loud.) In Psalms 103:1-4, God promices to heal ALL our diseases. I believe that we may not be healed in our physical bodies now but we will in eternity. And this life here is just a whisper compared to eternity. Please, feel free to e-mail me any time, ok? BIG HUGS! Deanna Tubb New Mexico PAI Rep
