I know it made a huge difference for me; if I go just two days at a reduced dose, then all my health problems come screaming back (and I eat really healthy, darn it!!) So, basically, I guess I'm a magnesium junkie for life. Are you using the Solgar Mg glycinate or did you go with a different type? I'll get the food list to you and the others who asked for it. But I want to go over it again to be sure info is current. In the meantime... eat lots of frozen baby brussel sprouts and fresh garlic. Guest guest Posted September 2, 2003 Report Share Posted September 2, 2003 Kim, My husband is taking the Solgar Magnesium and he is taking 4 tablets a day I am wondering if maybe he should be taking more because of is RA and having to take Ibuprofen and he also takes an antidepressant.
