Guest guest
Hi Gale, I don't know about most kids but doesn't sleep much at all! I wish she would sleep more. Abby's is still pretty little though so if everything else is ok and this in NOT a new development I wouldn't worry too much. At that age kids sleep as much as they need to and no more. If she is sleeping, she probably needs it. Re: Food List -- Part 2 " Abby sleeps a lot. Do all children with CF sleep a lot? She sleeps 10+ hours per night and also takes a 2 to 4 hour nap in the afternoon. Her cultures are negative and she seems healthy. "
Guest guest
I know how you feel neither of my boys sleep nearly enough. My five year old Max hates sleeping I think he would stay up forever if I let him. Ashauna hope that is excited about school still. I bet she is having fun
Guest guest
I guess every child is different...but when begins falling asleep in the car on the way home from school, and same with Mallory (b/c of her OSA, when it is close to tune up time, she snores so much and her breathing is not good, can't run well, etc...), then we know its time for a tuneup. Esp with , actually, that is often the only sign we get from him that he needs a tuneup..... Take care, Jen mommy of 7, 3 with CF ages 4-11 with the kids with CF being 4, 5,
Guest guest
Jen, Man oh man do you have your hands full. I have found with Colgan as well that when this gets really bad it is also time for tuneup. It just makes me nervous because he has had 3 in 6 months. I just don't know what I am doing wrong. He is only 7 months old. UGHHHHHH I wish in a way that I could say it was because I missed a treatment or something like that but I have not. I am sure that you all have your frusterations as well. Sorry to bombard you with mine. I know that things will get better I have faith in that it is just the getting there that is so hard I hope that you and your kids and family are all doing well Ashauna
