Guest guest
If you're not seeing any behavioral symptoms... or achiness, flu-like stuff... then I'm not sure I'd suggest die-off. Can you cut the acidophilus dose back to 1/4 or something... just for a few days and see what happens. Keep everything else constant... if you decide to change the acidophilus, leave the yogurt dose the same. If you decide to stop the yogurt, leave the acidophilus dose the same..... that way, you'll know what's what. Patti thoughts from others Kasam has had three loose stools daily for two days. Would you guess that it is from something he is eating or more likely die off? I haven't introduced anything new lately since the stools have become more frequent. He has been having one per day since starting acidophilus two weeks ago. Currently he gets 1/2 dose of acidophilus and 1/8 t of yogurt per day. These amounts have not changed. The stools are about back to where we were prior to starting the diet. any thoughts are appreciated. Cindy, mom of Kasam 4 1/2 ASD, SCD 3 weeks.
