Gave him about a tablespoon, and no reactions, no problems. He's also

been sleeping like a log and digestion still great. How fast should we

increase this and by how much? This is a kid who was gfcf for about 9

mos beforehand and seemed to react badly to cheeses of all kinds. Not

sure about milk, but being dairy free helped him so much. However, the

yogurt seems ok.

The stuff is just excellent, BTW. Mix it w/ some fruit/honey and it's

so delicious!

What other very simple ways do some of you incorporate the yogurt

every day w/ your kids?
