Can anyone help me on Med Cost?

My ins. is with PHP and I have tried to get them to accept this

bypass but the policy excludes obesity, can any one tell me if they

have tried with Med Cost in South Carolina, my company is looking

into changing the first of the year of possibly it could also be

Aetna.

Hello Blanche. I have Med Cost in NC and they approved my surgery on the lst

attempt. It was approved in about a week. I will be having my surgery soon.

Can anyone help me on Med Cost?
