Guest guest
They used to use oxygen tents for kids all the time. They must still have them, I would ask the clinic. If she needs the oxygen and she undoes the canula, they should be able to make a suggestion. How to keep canula on toddler? Guest guest
I was told by my clinic when Emma was first diagnosed that oxygen tents were no longer used due to the fact that the moisture which formed in the tent promoted the growth of bacteria and mold and as a result they eventually determined that they were detrimental to the health of children with CF. - mom to the butterfly girls Emma 3 years old w/cf and acid reflux and Isabelle 5 years old wo/cf On Fri, 5 Sep 2003 16:44:26 -0400 " ANDREA FITTING " writes: > They used to use oxygen tents for kids all the time.
