Question about logging info

When you log important info regarding your CF care, how do you log it? Do

you log it by date, or do you log it by illness.....I'm trying to find a way to

better keep track of Tyler's illness and drugs that he was given. I haven't

been keeping track (paperwise) for some time (of course he has not been sick in

a long time) but I've been keeping mental notes. Anyway, what is the best

method to keeping track?
