Questions about legal dairy products

Does anyone know if 's cottage cheese and cream cheese is legal?

Their products are cultured. Their dairy name is Springfield

Also, the closest thing to DCCC I've seen in my area is the Mexican

farmer's cheese, Queso Fresco. Anyone know if it's legal on SCD or not?
